Meditation
Meditation is for people wanting to explore the both the experience and learn the underlying principles of energy that makes up our being. The true purpose of meditation is to create a channel that aligns us to our soul and the source of our existence.
Meditation is both a passive and active exercise drawing on Eastern and Western methods to deepen our sense of self awareness and promotes a health and well being throughout our lives. It is an art that teaches us how to heal ourselves on the physical, emotional and mental levels of our personality in order to achieve contact with our higher mind and soul connection.
The techniques you will learn are:
- Relaxation
- Concentration
- Visualisation
- Focus
- The art of Creative Living, the basis of meditation
- Energy and the seven chakras
- Planetary Healing and healing for others.
